SIC Civil
Support
Help with SIC Civil, the app that connects ChatGPT to your AIPE projects.
Contact
Email [email protected]. Tell us the question you asked, roughly when you asked it, and the answer you got. Every call is logged, so that is enough for us to find it and check it against the project. We aim to reply within two business days, Brisbane time.
What SIC Civil is
SIC Civil connects ChatGPT to AIPE, the civil-construction system behind SIC (Super Intelligence Civil). Once connected, you can ask about the projects you are appointed to: where a project stands, what is waiting on you, the hold and witness points of each inspection and test plan (ITP), lot status, the programme on any date, the risk register, and any project document read in full. You can also draft a comment on a document, lot or ITP item. SIC Civil is in early access with a small number of civil contractors working as design partners.
Connecting it in ChatGPT
- Add SIC Civil from the ChatGPT apps directory, or as a connector with the server address
https://mcp.sicivil.com/mcp. - ChatGPT opens the SIC Civil sign-in page at
auth.sicivil.com. It names the application asking for access. Sign in with the email and password issued for your SIC Civil login. - To disconnect, remove SIC Civil in ChatGPT's settings under apps. To end access for every application at once, email us and we sign your login out everywhere.
Signing in
- Logins are issued by us, or by your company's director through us. If you need one, email the address above.
- Five wrong passwords lock a login for fifteen minutes. It unlocks by itself.
- To reset a password, email us from the address on the login.
The 6-digit code
Directors, project managers and Superintendents sign in with a password and a 6-digit code from an authenticator app, such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator or 1Password.
- The first time you sign in, the page shows a QR code. Scan it with the app, type the code it shows, and save the ten recovery codes that follow.
- If your phone is not to hand, type one of your recovery codes in place of the 6-digit code. Each recovery code works once.
- If you have lost your phone and your recovery codes, email us. After we confirm it is you, we clear the second step and you set it up again at your next sign-in.
- If a code is refused, check that your phone sets its time automatically, then type the code now showing.
What you can see
What you see follows your role on each project. Company staff see the project records; commercial information, such as the estimate and bid price, is shown only to the roles that hold it. People outside the company, such as a Superintendent or a subcontractor, currently see each project's status and contractual milestones and can draft comments.
Approving a hold point, lodging a tender and changing the project are acts of the people who own them in AIPE. When you ask SIC Civil to do one of these, it explains who does it and where.
If an answer looks wrong
Each answer names the document, ITP, lot or milestone it came from. Open that source to check it. If the answer and the source disagree, send us both and we will correct it.
